Visited the Doc today and here is the news after 6 months on a plant based diet. I was at 169 pounds when I started Dec. 1, 11, now 145 pounds, combined clolesteral was 185, today 117, HDL 34, LDL 71. Think I'll ever go back to the way I used to eat? No way!
